Court Report Template
Court Reports are due 4 weeks prior to the court date. All CASA's are required by order of the court to participate in a case review prior to submitting a court report. Case Reviews are held the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month at Noon and 5:00 PM. Attendance is required every 60 days. Microsoft Word Format (.doc) PDF Format *

Volunteer Hours Log
Volunteer Hours Log are due at the CASA office by the 5th of each month. Microsoft Excel Format (.xls) PDF Format *

After Court Report
After Court Reports are due immediately following the hearing. Please Note: In the event that a CASA is unable to attend court with the child, an After Court Report is still required by the CASA office. Microsoft Word Format (.doc) PDF Format *
