A safe, permanent home isn't something that a child should only dream about...
Volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are everyday people
who are trained and then appointed by judges to advocate for the best interests of
abused and neglected children. When a CASA volunteer is appointed to a child's case, he or she spends time with the social workers, foster parents, family, and most importantly- the child. The advocate then provides the judge with information that assists in providing a unique and heartfelt understanding of the child's needs. A CASA volunteer remains with each child
until they are placed in a safe, permanent and nurturing home.
Renew hope in a child. Consider volunteering today.

MESSAGE
FROM OUR FOUNDING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
What a great first ten years it has been for Sonoma
County CASA. We have served over 800
children through the dedication of over 600
volunteers since our inception. It has been incredibly
rewarding over the years to see so many concerned citizens who have
gathered to support Sonoma County children. All involved have opened
their hearts to support CASA and our growth. Yet, with all we have
done we still have children awaiting CASA services. This means CASA
must keep up our good work, continue to grow and raise the needed
funds to increase our services. We invite you to join with us as
we not only celebrate our first 10 years, but swing into our next...
2007 Hearts For Children fundraiser:
“Celebrating Ten Years of Service” was a great success!
I encourage you to contact us to obtain more personal attention
on how you or your company can help CASA to help kids.
